Customer service?

It would be nice if there was some kind of customer service revolution. Comcast isn't too bad, in my experience. It was way worse when it was AT&T and Turner.

When LaChania Govan's Comcast service wasn't working, she called for help. And called. And called. It was a frustrating process, and then she got the bill.
