Indeed. I believe I saw some complaining right in your neck of the woods too. I did love the one by my house- Alsip!
What is the definition of a bad neighbor -- someone who has been reported for loud parties? Sex offenders? or something as absurd as the wrong colored mailbox and the home owners association has its panties in a bunch?
That's the beauty of it- you know the neighborhood from the complainers as well as the complainees...
I wonder how many people don't read the homeowners association documents before they move into a tyrannical neighborhood.
