Very little to say
Busy. Just stumbled across this website. Assuming its data is correct, it could be a good tool in the struggle toward knowing what one is eating. I mean, look at the fat content breakdowns. It breaks it down by fatty acid chain!

after playing with this for a few minutes (within the bounds of not signing up) it seems like this is another site where you can waste a whole lot of time confirming things that you already know: e.g. High-fullness, Low Nutrition = broth. Higher-fullness and Higher Nutrition=non-processed oatmeal and other natural grains.
Low glucose foods include dark leafy veges and stay away from "sweeter" veges like potatoes and carrots and bananas.
Right - now if I could just make myself eat this stuff I would be better off. This site won't do that for me.
There are a lot of people who don't know that, though.
I've heard people claim that mayonnaise is a carbohydrate because it's white in color. Or that corn is a vegetable.
