Baking Tip

If you are a bread hobbyist, and who isn't, let me just say that you need to get your hands on King Arthur brand Bread Flour. One wouldn't think that the brand of flour would make a difference, but it does.

You're right about King Arthur bread flour - of course I love it - I work for King Arthur! But I have to tell you, I've been using it nonstop as I develop recipes for a new section on our Web site, and the quality and consistency are outstanding. As wheat prices soar, the nice thing is, I KNOW the quality of our flour won't suffer; because we won't let it. King Arthur Flour is employee-owned, and we care about the flour, big-time. So, thanks for the mention, and enjoy your bread-baking- PJH
